About

‘Visually stunning … a south-of-the-border drug epic like you’ve never seen before.’

- VARIETY

In remote Colombia a peaceful Indigenous clan is disrupted by the chance to get rich quick. This spectacular crime saga is set over a 12-year period and begins with arrogant young bachelor Acosta asking to marry the daughter of the clan leader. But Acosta is set a high cash price and to gather the money he breaks a taboo – dealing in marijuana with ‘Gringo’ outsiders.
